The LT-2D3D is the most evolutionary Laser Templator. For jobs like countertops it excels when you need to template backsplashes, walls, ceilings, shower enclosures or anything else on a vertical surface. With the pull of a pin, the LT-2D3D unlocks from its 2D mode and allows the laser to swivel along its vertical axis and continue measuring 3-Dimensionally. It can export a 3D wire frame (as well as standard 2D DXF/DWG files) based on your needs.
The LT-2D3D Laser Templator was created to fill the void of templating cabinet bases and counter tops. It is able to pinpoint the specific necessities that are needed to get even the most difficult job done.
The greatest asset in our digital templating system that no other 3D digital templator does is that we allow the system to lock into a 2D mode. On a flat surface like a countertop, it is very important that they are able to get accurate dimensions. All other 3D templating systems will take the measurements in and flatten them down into a 2D plane. However, our laser locks in and templates in 2D. On jobs where you need to be able to measure verticals like backsplashes or shower enclosures, our laser and the software will create a 3D point cluster for the fabricators that are extremely CAD proficient to template the vertical surface.
The Proliner 7 allows stone fabricators to digitize and create digital templates of countertops, sinks, full-height backsplashes, stairs (i.e. spiral), floors, doors and walls — including the ability to be portable, compact and rugged. The Proliner’s main purpose is to digitize shapes and objects on site in a fraction of the time, resulting in dramatic increases in productivity for fabricators.
It is engineered and designed for small and large projects, working as a simple device to digitize existing templates. This 2D and 3D measuring device is a small, reliable and cost-effective complement to any size shop. The Proliner 7 uses wire and probe technology, outputting standard completed DXF files, which is compatible with any CAM program. The Proliner mechanical touch yields optimum precision for continuously tracing any template.
The totally self-contained unit has a direct measuring range of approximately 42 feet in diameter. Simple onboard Prodim CAD lets the user add and edit any design feature they choose. Shop ticket and customer approval is generated at the same time.
Waterjet cutting is computer guided and extremely precise without thermal effects on the material. Cold cut edges as created during cutting with a WaterJet, are free of burrs and structural impairment.
When it is full loaded, the WaterJet can cut up to 25 slabs/day (average).

Waterjet cutting gives us a way to routinely cut precision parts with tolerances as close as ± 0.005" and better when required. Cutting is controlled by a computer and special software which follows profiles/part geometry designed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
Cut edge qualities range from Q1 to Q5. Q1 is the fastest cut and is used primarily for material separation. Depending on edge finish requirements, slower cutting speeds of Q2 through Q5 are selected. Parts requiring close tolerance geometry will of course require smoother edge finishes in that area of the part. (Note: Some other terms also used in the industry to indicate cut speed or edge quality - 100%, 80%, 60%, 40% & 20% or Fastest, Medium fast, Normal, Better & Best)
